Lilian Kranenburg, sinologist (Leiden University, 1986) with international work experience in London, China, Hong Kong and Amsterdam.  Worked in strategic business-to-business public relations.  Greatly involved in the founding and development of the market research arm of the China-Britain Business Council, with focus on SME’s.  Culminating in a unique combination of knowledge of China and skills in communication, marketing and research.

During that period closely involved in ING’s activities in China, from lobby to full-scale business. Resulting in much practical experience and an extensive China network.
